Casual Dinner outfit ideas!

April 20, 2018

Hi guys, my names Vera and I love travelling, good food, good coffee, art, strolling through the city and sustainability!

Going out for dinner has always been one of my favourite things to do at night. I love to dress up, meet people and eat delicious food! Who doesn't right?

But what to wear? Your outfit always depends on the type of the location where you´re going to eat. Is it an open-air pub, a casual diner, a fancy eatery or a sophisticated restaurant?

My all-time favourite outfit, no matter where i'm going to, is a black combination with a fancy jacket and special accessories. I love to break a fashionable style with cool accessories to create a casual chic look. So you´re never overdressed but pretty cool and stylish.

This spring and summer, accessories made of natural materials like wood, straw, bamboo and cork (!) are a must have because they charm with ease and natural flow. Not only on the outside but also from the inside: We love natural textures like cork because of their sustainability and alternative choice to leather!

That´s why I combined my black outfit of a twirling flounces top and black snake printed pants today with wedges and my new Beleeza cork clutch. A medium sized clutch is a good choice for dinner because there is enough space for your purse, phone, lipstick and some other things but is not too big disturbing you or distracting your outfit.

The little golden highlights in the texture of my Beleeza clutch perfectly match plain golden jewellery to complete the look.

Don´t overdo this look with too many accessories, choose high quality pieces and let them impress by themselves. A small necklace, a watch and fine rings – that´s enough. It´s a relaxed, classy look with some special details which make the outfit remarkable.

You can decide with your hair and make-up how to finish your style. Do a sleek ponytail with dramatic make-up and maybe big earrings to create a glamorous look. Or style your hair with curls to be classy chic. I decided to underline the easy, natural chic with a half up bun and natural make-up. Perfect to go out for a relaxed dinner in my favourite sushi restaurant (because they have the best vegetarian sushi!) with my favourite person to create a joyful night.

Whats your favourite dinner outfit?

xx
